Jacqueline Garcell is an active trial attorney and maritime lawyer, handling passengers’ personal injury, sexual assault and wrongful death claims as well as non-maritime personal injury claims.

After graduating from the University of Miami, Ms. Garcell began her career in the legal industry by working as a paralegal. She remained working as a paralegal/law clerk throughout law school while attending the Florida International University College of Law. At FIU’s College of Law, Ms. Garcell was on the Dean’s List and received the book award for the legal research and writing course.

Ms. Garcell began working with Lipcon, Margulies, Alsina & Winkleman, P.A. as a summer associate in 2010 before joining as a maritime lawyer. She remained with the firm since then. She has been involved in numerous trials on behalf of individuals and families who suffered serious injuries and/or the loss of a loved one.

Ms. Garcell is admitted to practice in all Florida state courts and the United States District Court for the Southern District of Florida. She is a member of the Florida Bar, the Dade County Bar Association, and the Cuban American Bar Association. She is also fluent in Spanish.
